By air
NAPLES CAPODICHINO airport is around a 20‒30 minute taxi or Alibus journey from MOLO BEVERELLO (hydrofoils).

By train
Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi station is around 3 km from the embarkation points for Ischia. Molo Beverello (hydrofoils) and Calata Porta di Massa (ferries) are easily accessible by taxi, tram and bus.
The most convenient means of public transport is the metro, line 1 (yellow), in the direction of Piscinola. When travelling from Piazza Garibaldi, alight at the Università station if you are heading for Calata Porta di Massa or at the Municipio stop if you are heading for Molo Beverello. The Università metro station is around 500 metres from Calata Porta di Massa. Municipio station is a 5-minute walk from Molo Beverello.

By car
If travelling by car from ROME (A1), BARI (A16) or SALERNO (A30), we recommend heading to the port of NAPLES “CALATA PORTA DI MASSA” (ferries, entry at “varco Pisacane”): follow signs to the ZONA PORTUALE and, after taking the exit, continue to the port, which is around 5 km from the motorway.
Alternatively, follow signs for the TANGENZIALE and head towards POZZUOLI, take the VIA CAMPANA exit (exit no. 12) and continue to the PORTO DI POZZUOLI (ferries ONLY), which is around 4 km from the ring road.
By sea
The island of Ischia is easily accessible from the ports of Napoli Beverello, Napoli Mergellina, Napoli Porta di Massa and Pozzuoli, with services to Ischia, Casamicciola Terme and Forio.
